💪🏻 LOWER BODY WITH SOME CORE TOO!! 🥰🥰🥰GLUTES, QUADS & HAMSTRING CIRCUIT: 😍❤️ ✅Tag for later!
1️⃣ Run through this circuit (4) times for EACH exercise. It will focus on your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. The key is INTENSITY with these exercises!
2️⃣ Make sure and keep your core tight as you do each exercise so that way you are always working your core even if it’s not specifically a core workout. Keep it tight.
3️⃣ Remember always to flex through each rep to maximize the hardness of your muscle as well as the tone.
