Here is the promised Breakfast smoothie I’ve enjoyed lately thanks to @slcgirl.robynmaher In a Blender: 1 cup pasteurized egg whites 1/2 cup UNSWEETENED almond milk 1 cup spinach leaves 1/2 a banana OR 5 strawberries Stevia to taste (optional) It tastes fantastic and has macros as follows: 166 calories: 27 g Protein, 1 g Fat, 12.5 Carbs Let me know if you love it!! 😍❤️🥰

Have you FUELED ⛽️ Your Fitness Goals Today?! Here is my yummy lunch! 4 oz grilled chicken, one slice pepper jack cheese, a couple of large leaves of lettuce chopped up with a Tbls. Bolthouse Farm Ranch dressing. A cup of mini 🥒 cucumbers with pink Himalayan salt and a Campari tomato. 261 calories and macros attached. I’ll make sure to reach my water intake goals and will also follow up with a Premier Protein shake 160 calories not too much later.... yes it’s light on carbs but that leaves room for my 1 c. Halo top ice cream later in the day 😂😂
