I apologize if I can't sit, today was ʟᴇɢ ᴅᴀʏ 🏋️‍♀️ 3 Rounds of each set (reps indicated below for each exercise) 𝟷𝚜𝚝 𝚂𝚎𝚝: TC Bridge - 15 Heavy Squat - 12 Curtsy Lunge (8 each side) 𝟸𝚜𝚝 𝚂𝚎𝚝: Dead Lift - 15 Hamstring Curl - 12 Quad Burners - 15 I don't always include warm ups and finishers, but definitely ALWAYS do it. Fᴜʟʟ ʙᴏᴅʏ ᴡᴏʀᴋᴏᴜᴛ WARM UP - 1 Push Up, 1 Squat Jump, 2 Push Ups, 2 Squat Jumps and continue until you reach 10 4 Rounds x 1 Minute Each Exercise 1. Deadlift to High Pull 2. Single Arm Dumbell Snatch (alternating) 3. Deep Squat to Ball Toss - if you don't have a ball just do squat with press 4. 4 Rope Slams to Half a Burpee - if you don't have ropes, see story for alternative! 5. 4 Mountain Climbers to Shoulder Tap - regular mountain climbers if you don't have sliders 6. Heismans to Power Roll FINISHER - 3 minutes of alternating 30 seconds of crunches and 30 seconds of push ups Bonus Finisher - 30 seconds of Donkey Kicks
