Been eating and drinking way off my usual plan for 4 days but that can’t undo regular healthy habits.
I remember before I found this way of eating and exercising an all inclusive vacation would mean internal stress of how to “start the diet” after the trip. There won’t be a diet. There won’t be any crazy deprivation.
Here’s how I keep my balance even on vacation:
👉🏻exercise 30 mins most days
👉🏻drink lots of water
👉🏻try balance my protein, veggies and fruits more than carbs
👉🏻pack your healthy snacks from home
👉🏻keep digestion regular with my daily superfood shake
