buddha bowls! 🌱
truly my favorite kind of bowl to make and this one tastes great even as leftovers.
sweet potatoes, broccoli, tofu (with cayenne, sesame oil, and soy sauce), sliced mushrooms all roasted, as well as some chopped spinach! on top of some rainbow quinoa. the trick to a great buddha bowl is in the sauce — this one has almond butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha, and agave 🍯.
