Today was a step up for me in my journey of culinary exploration as a #college #gourmet #chef thanks to a real deal chef @carringtong39! We made (from scratch) Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells!! Chef Carrington showed me how to do pasta from scratch like @azizansari in @masterofnone season two! We used non-egg based (so read: NOT FRESH) shell pasta because the handmade fresh pasta we had was not willing to bend into the shell shape.
