Run, don’t walk to your nearest grocery store and grab a chuck roast so you can make this PALEO MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST! When I mentioned I was trying to figure out how to make a healthy version of this on stories the other night, you guys went NUTS. And for good reason - the original recipe is SO delicious. Two years ago, in the process of changing up our recipe and packaging, we lost our spot at Whole Foods. That's a pretty normal occurrence in the world of grocery, but as a small company it's easy to get lost and almost impossible to get that spot back. After countless emails, phone calls, mailing samples and generally being a nuisance to anyone who would listen - we're finally back in Whole Foods. As an entrepreneur trying to build a brand, I hear the word "No" over and over, so it's nice to remember that persistence still pays off. Set your life on fire 🔥 and seek those who will fan your flames. • • And I’m still on the pumpkin train with no plan on hoping off soon so I’ll leave you with my CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN SPICE GRANOLA that I made with @ancientnutrition pumpkin spice protein and @kweenandco granola butter. This is a must make this season! • • Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Granola 1 cup @onedegreeorganics cacao brown rice crisps 1 cup @onedegreeorganics sprouted rolled oats 1/2 cup @onedegreeorganics sprouted steel cut oats 1 heaping scoop @ancientnutrition pumpkin spice protein 1/4 cup @shopkarenberrios cacao powder 1 tbsp maca powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup @kweenandco granola butter Preheat oven 375F. Mix brown rice crisps, rolled oats, steel cut oats, pumpkin spice protein, cacao & maca powder in a bowl. Add granola butter and maple syrup and mix until incorporated. Add coconut shreds and mix in. Bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool for 30 minutes before breaking it into chunks!! Store in fridge for crispier granola!

🌱Purple rice pudding & mango puree w/recipe 💜. That's another recipe my kids eat on a regular base as an after-school snack (just with different colors 😅). It's super simple and fool-proof. . 🔥 Ingredients: 🌱Purple rice pudding (2 servings) 2 cups plant-based milk 1/2 cup short-grain rice 1 tbsp raw cane sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 pinch of salt 2 tsp dragon fruit powder 1 cup red fruits 1 cup mango puree . 🌱Bring plant-based milk to the boil. Add short-grain rice, raw cane sugar, cinnamon, and salt and bring to the boil again. Reduce heat, cover with a lid, and simmer on very low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest for at least another 20 minutes. Mix with dragon fruit powder. Add more plant-based milk if necessary. Serve with red fruits and mango puree.
