Ingredients: 50 g gluten free oats, 150 ml hazelnut milk, 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 5 g hemp seed powder (I used chocolate flavored), 5 g pure maple syrup (can sub honey if not vegan), a pinch of salt, desired toppings (I used one chopped Brazil nut, half a banana and a pinch of chia seeds) Method: Cook all ingredients in a small saucepan on low heat until all liquid is absorbed and the consistency becomes thicker, stirring throughout. Decorate and serve with desired toppings! Anyone else likes making healthy super simple snack ?! . 5 ingredient Power Matcha bliss balls 🙌🏼 super simple and yummy snack to have on the go! A perfect healthy snack for the times when I’m suddenly hungry and need something fast 😬 You can make a big batch of this and store in your freezer and some in the fridge 👌🏼 they are soo easy to bring with you to school or work 🤓 . Why adding POWER MATCHA ? Power Matcha mix contains matcha, maca, morninga, wheatgrass, barley grass... Keeps you focused 6-8hrs and helps you get sh*t done!!! ✅ . RECIPE (makes 12 balls) - 1 cup rolled oats - 1 cup pited dates - 1 tbsp Power Matcha mix @yoursuperfoods - mix of pumpkin seeds , flax seeds , sunflower 🌻 seeds ( optional )! How ?
