Don’t stop when you feel comfortable! Get comfortable being UNCOMFORTABLE!!
That’s what I did today! My neighbor has her own gym and teaches yoga. I’ve been considering trying it for awhile but I was just so set in my ways I didn’t think I’d like it. In my mind, it’s not a workout if I’m not drenched in sweat afterwards. But I had a day without the kids and decided there was no better time to try! And when I was done I felt GREAT!! Left me wanting to add a little more into my routine.
So what are you going to try that is outside of your comfort zone??
