I’m in the gym everyday not only to look great and feel great but to build strength as well. I have goals to get stronger in my legs while building my booty and legs and building my body over all. It’s not easy. Hard work and dedication will get you there. *⭐️ hip thrusts 3x 5(345lbs) and then went heavy with 1 set of 5 with (355lbs), then I went up 10lbs on deadlifting 3x8 (245lbs) * I don’t own any rights to this music*

I didn’t know where this journey would lead me. I didn’t know it would become a lifestyle. All I know is when I started, it was because I wanted change.... and if you want things to change, then YOU have to change.
I’ve made a lot of gains and excited about my journey more now than ever! I’m glad I took that first step 3 years ago...
While that may seem like a long time to some.. when you fall in love with the process, time doesn’t matter. Don’t wake up years from now wishing you would have started today.
