#motivationmonday You only owe it to you! I’m on this journey for me and only me. That’s why it’s not a perfect journey, because we are not made to be perfect. I don’t always stay within my points. I live a balanced life. I ate hamburger and fries while I was away. I drank plenty of wine. I lived in the moment and if that moment slows down my ultimate goal then so be it. I’m happy with who I am and where I’m at. I have goals, but they are realistic and do not have a timeframe. Is it really possible to see result within the first week of working out, As long you know what exercise should you do to lose weight or build muscle and don't forget eating 6 times a day meal plan for better result.
