Sałatka jarzynowa z majonezem = Russian salad. Tak na naszych stołach króluje sałatka Rosyjska 😀. Pewnie każdy ma swój rodzinny przepis więc niczym nie zaskoczę. Do sałatki pasztet z cukini🤗 ________________________________________________________Authentic Russian olivye is a salad made with boiled potatoes, carrots, and eggs mixed with pickles and peas in a mayonnaise dressing. ___________________________ Pasztet z cukinii ok 500- 600 g startej na tarce o grubych oczkach, cukinia zetrzeć ze skórką ( delikatnie posolić i dokładnie odcisnąć sok!) 2-3 średnie marchewki obrana i starta na tarce na grubych oczkach 2 cebule drobno posiekane 4-5 ząbków czosnku obranych i posiekanych ½ szklanki oleju roślinnego ½ szklanki kaszy manny lub tartej bułki ½ łyżeczki kurkumy 1 łyżeczka curry kawałek startego imbiru 4 jajka duży pęczek natki pietruszki ulubione zioła u mnie były to koperek, lubczyk, oregano, tymianek, bazylia. Sypnąłem tak od serca tych przypraw😂 sól, pieprz. Piekarnik temperatura 190 stopni. Cebule i czosnek podsmażamy na oleju Dodajemy świeżo zmielony pieprz i zioła (jeśli nie mamy świeżych mogą być suszone). Formę do pieczenia smarujemy olejem i wysypujemy odrobiną kaszy. W razie potrzeby można dodać odrobinę bułki tartej gdyby masa była zbyt rzadka. [Feijão] ⠀ Receita para não errar nunca mais! ⠀ 500 g de feijão-carioca 2,5 litros de água 2 folhas de louro 3 1/3 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva 30 g de bacon em cubos pequenos 2 cebolas, raladas 5 colheres (sopa) de alho picado sal a gosto ⠀ Passo a passo ✔ Escolha e lave bem o feijão, coloque numa bacia, cubra com 1 litro de água e deixe de molho por aproximadamente 4 horas. ✔Escorra o feijão, coloque num caldeirão ou panela de pressão e cubra com água. ✔Junte a folha de louro, leve ao fogo baixo, deixe cozinhar até o feijão ficar macio (20 minutos na panela de pressão ou 45 no caldeirão), retire do fogo e reserve. ✔ Numa frigideira, coloque o azeite e o bacon picado e refogue, em fogo baixo, até o bacon começar a dourar. ✔Acrescente a cebola e refogue mais um pouco. ✔Adicione o alho e refogue até começar a dourar. ✔Junte 2 conchas de feijão cozido ao refogado, amasse os grãos e deixe refogar mais um pouco. ✔Despeje o restante do feijão na panela do refogado e deixe cozinhar mais um pouco, para que o caldo engrosse. ✔Acerte o ponto de sal e sirva. ⠀ #receitacomcuradoria #receitas #receitacaseiras #feijao #receitadefeijao #pratos #foodstyle #foodstyling #cozinhando #cozinhar #cooking #foodlover #tanamesa #puxeumacadeira
