😍😍😍Keto Chicken & Bacon Waffles topped with delicious
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup finely chopped Parmesan cheese
3/8 cup almond flour
1/8 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Creole or Cajun seasoning
*Set oven to 350 degrees
*Heat oil in pan on medium
*Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
*Season chicken with Creole/Cajun seasoning *Place chicken in egg wash and coat both sides *Transfer to bowl of dry ingredients and cover all off chicken well with breading mix. *Fry 3-4 minutes each side or until perfect golden brown *Take off stove and transfer to pan and into oven for 10-12 mins
*Take out to rest 5 mins ————————————————————————
Keto Bacon Waffles
4 Tbs butter, melted
3 eggs & 2 egg whites
1 tsp Stevia
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/6 cup or 40ml almond flour
1/6 cup or 40ml coconut flour
Mix butter, eggs and whites together
Mix in stevia & Vanilla
Add the rest of the ingredients besides bacon and mix well.
Stir in Bacon crumbles
Makes two waffles

Simple and effective breakfast
I eat vegetables for breakfast.
Salami, cheese and onion omelette served with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and green beans all cooked in organic coconut oil.
I love how deciding on a meal is now simple. I'll go to my vegetables firstly to make the base of my meal. I then pick so thing go with it. The healthiest people do eat a lot of the same good things very often. If you especially know that you like a certain type of food and that it's good for you, then eat lots of it.
