Getting my man Chuak fit with a combination of Boxing and weight training.
The combination of Boxing training and a weight lifting program is great for health and wellness. You can lose weight whilst learning a new skill and get fit and strong along the way.
It's also great to release stress with some good tough rounds on the pads or bag!
As trainer I tend to coach and train my clients like a fighter, because it's what I know. My style of coaching is not for everyone of course, yet it gets results.
I feel the experience of having been a competitive fighter brings an unrivalled toolset when it comes to coaching.
First I see their potential and providing there is rapport, I set a structure and amplify the objectives along the way. Sometimes it's only a change in attitude, limiting beliefs or creating new habits.
