I've never seen something so accurate! 😂 When you force yourself to diet you create an unhealthy relationship with food and by focusing so much on what you can't eat I find you crave it even more! 80% of your week keep balanced so when you want that one spoil it's OK to have it. That doesn't mean a huge double burger and milkshake and chocolate and and and... Once you have weaned yourself off the processed foods and sugar you begin to crave the naughty things a little less. Don't beat yourself up for anything though either, it you have a cheat session (meal is better than day but it happens to the best of us) don't now force yourself to eat leaves for a week just acknowledge the process and move on... Have a healthy relationship with food.
