Welcome! Here I will be challenging myself to be as open and vulnerable as possible.
So let’s jump right on in - my name is Mallory and this picture was taken right when I got to the hospital to deliver my rainbow baby boy, Thomas. (Born May, 15th 2018) 🌈
Here I was, so giddy and nervous but overall thrilled. This was the moment I had waited my entire life for. Being a mother. I had never done this before so I didn’t know what to expect. This was such a happy moment for my husband, Beau and I, but also a the beginning of what would lead to my chronic pain and pelvic disfunction journey. Little did I know that my life (and my vagina) yes, I said vagina- would be changed for the time being.
This page is really to help me cope and understand more about chronic vaginal pain and disfunction and also maybe be someone that you can relate to. If not with vaginal pain, but with marriage, pregnancy, miscarriage, delivery, being a mother, postpartum depression, and everything in between. My goal is to be as transparent as possible and to encourage others who have been going through similar struggles to be open about it. Let’s make this topic less discrete. Lets lift and educate each other into healing and support. 💛
