You know this is my go-to for road trips!!! @dennysdiner Fit Fare Veggie Skillet, no egg whites, add avocado, cooked in oil not butter. Seriously the most satisfying and tasty thing on the menu!! Omnivores sitting at other tables will often lean over to ask me what I ordered because it looks so good. Of course it looks good! It's natural for humans to crave foods of many different colors. It's how we get all of our micronutrients! Crispy roasted chickpeas: perfect to add to buddha bowls or as 'croutons' to a salad for extra #plantprotein !⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas (or cook from scratch) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Spread on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Sprinkle cumin, chili powder and garlic salt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Bake in the oven at 450F for 20-25 minutes (or until crispy)

Ran a nice and relaxing long run this morning full of rolling hills 🌳I logged 10.7 miles and brought along my new @nathansportsinc Speed Shot 12oz Water Flask which was a real game changer!
