Deeply rich and decadent, this dairy- and egg-free chocolate bake makes an indulgent vegan treat * * * * ~ vegan cherry and almond brownies~ ingredients * 80g vegan margarine, plus extra for greasing * 2 tbsp ground flaxseed * 120g dark chocolate * ½ tsp coffee granules * 125g self-raising flour * 70g ground almond * 50g cocoa powder * ¼ tsp baking powder * 250g golden caster sugar * 1½ tsp vanilla extract * 70g glacé cherry (rinsed and halved) method step 1: Heat oven to 170C/150C fan/gas 31⁄2. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment. Combine the flaxseed with 6 tbsp water and set aside for at least 5 mins. step 2: In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, coffee and margarine with 60ml water on a low heat. Allow to cool slightly. step 3: Put the flour, almonds, cocoa, baking powder and 1⁄4 tsp salt in a bowl and stir to remove any lumps. Using a hand whisk, mix the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture, and beat well until smooth and glossy, ensuring all the sugar is well dissolved. Stir in the flaxseed mixture and vanilla extract, the cherries and then the flour mixture. It will now be very thick. Stir until combined and spoon into the prepared tin. Bake for 35-45 mins until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean with moist crumbs. Allow to cool in the tin completely, then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container and eat within 3 days. (this recipe belongs to good food)

I have been experiencing for a while how my body reacts by eliminating wheat and its derivatives from my diet. I am opening many more options and I am excited to explore and create new recipes. Regarding my digestive system, I feel much less heavy, my digestions go faster and I feel that I am cleaning. This is working so well 🌱🙏🏽 In this dish I experimented with a grated cauliflower base with more veggies and a beans sauce in lettuce rolls and I can tell you it was amazing!! 😍🌱 . ______ . Llevo un tiempo experimentando como reacciona mi cuerpo al eliminar el trigo de mi alimentación y los derivados de él de mi alimentación. Se me están abriendo muchas más opciones y me encsnta explorar y crear nuevas recetas. Respecto a mi sistema digestivo, me siento mucho menos pesada, mis digestiones van más rápido y siento que me estoy limpiando. Si os dais cuenta nuestra alimentación está basada en hidratos de carbono como el pan.. Que no tienen nada de valor nutricional y lo unico que crean son complicaciones digestivas, además de otras cosas.. Mantenemos la pirámide alimenticia que nos enseñaron en el colegio, poniendo el pan, pastas, y en general los hidratos en la base de la pirámide cuando la alimentación debería basarse principalmente en vegetales y frutas, independientemente de que seas vegetariano o no.. Los vegetales tienen un valor nunutricional increible y en la diversidad está la diversidad nutricional! Lo que yo hago es probar vegetales y recetas nuevas para ir variando y experimentando con ellos y salir de la rutina! Te animas?? En esté plato he experimentado con una base de coliflor rallada, más vegetales y una salsa de frijoles en un rollito de lechuga y os puedo decir que estaba todo increibleee!😍🌱

Oh. My. God.
