What's your authentic prayer? How do we access it in a way that feels vulnerable and creates an intimate relationship with creator? I always begin with meditation to clear the mind, body movement to move the energy and some gratitude practice to open my perception to all the blessings that surround us. Only then can I ask for help. Only then I access something that feels tender, raw and riveting. Its a practice. Some days are easier than others. Maybe this is something that can work for you? ———————————————————
During the High Holidays my dear friend @aleksandradubov and I will be offering two prayer offerings that are guaranteed to launch your new year with the momentum of finding your authentic embodied prayer. Both offerings will include meditation, communal singing in Hebrew, English and Sanskrit, breathwork and body movement in the hopes of creating a golden bridge between you and your creator. Both spaces are open to people of all faiths and a safe space for experimentation in prayer. From what I know there hasn't been a High Holiday series of offerings quite like this before. ———————————————————
