T R A N S F O R M A T I O N❤️
When I started this, I fully expected the outward transformation, in fact that was the goal, wasn’t it? But the longer I keep putting myself on the list everyday, showing up, sweating, getting stronger outwardly, there has been an even bigger change inwardly. And to be honest, it wasn’t something I was prepared for or even expected! ❤️
The effects of putting my physical health as a top priority, have been pouring into other areas of my life. I’ve heard the stats, read the memes, even believed that there was a connection between the body and mind. But I hadn’t truly experienced it first hand, until now. ❤️
So while putting myself on the list was a hard step to take, keeping myself there is necessary.
