I totally forgot to take a photo in the gym so here’s me in the house once I was back 😄. I felt sick and dizzy at points in the class from the exertion but it felt great to be able to do it without pain. My muscles all feel so shaky now! 292 calories ~ Scrambled egg, spinach, smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, green olives, sprouts, sweet chilli sauce.... 😇. . The plan is not to have bread today as I fell asleep on my sister’s couch last night, woke and went home, was ravenous but also wanted to feel full so made ham and coleslaw sandwich with batch bread and had some lemon pancakes from the fridge 🙄 None of that was on plan! So taking it meal by meal today, making healthy choices and getting out for some exercise. . Reposted from @balancing_bambi (@get_regrann) - QUINOA, BLUEBERRY AND PEAR PORRIDGE: This recipe from @waitroseandpartners comes after trying similar recipes from @rhitrition and @niomismart - which were delicious. I use @britishquinoa with half @cawstonpress apple and pear juice, half @alpro hazelnut milk. I used @saltandspiceglobalflavourings spices (such incredible quality) and @flahavansuk porridge oats. I like to get my fruit from my local farmshop (@macknade is a wonderful option for Kent foodies) but the waitrose perfectly ripe range is a brilliant alternative. Dried fruit is purely optional but keeps the flavours fun... @marksandspencer are the best bet as they are succulent and juicy. Vegans can use @puremaple_ maple syrup instead of honey (I love my pot from @abelandcole) and you can also choose a plant-based yogurt (I love @hesperfarmskyr or @timsdairyyogurt). Finish with chopped @almondsuk or @wonderfulpistachiosuk and voila!!! Some clips of yesterday's #bench session at @theletchworthclub 💪. After the #cricket season finished I was really struggling strength wise. This was the first session where I felt that I have seen some improvement and a return to where I was at. This new wider grip feels like a much stronger position for me and my long ass arms. 6x6 on 100kg flat bench. 3x8 on 80kg close grip. 3x10 Smith machine skullcrushers. 3x10 DB pec fly super set with press ups. 3x10 tricep pull down. T R A N S F O R M A T I O N❤️ When I started this, I fully expected the outward transformation, in fact that was the goal, wasn’t it? But the longer I keep putting myself on the list everyday, showing up, sweating, getting stronger outwardly, there has been an even bigger change inwardly. And to be honest, it wasn’t something I was prepared for or even expected! ❤️ The effects of putting my physical health as a top priority, have been pouring into other areas of my life. I’ve heard the stats, read the memes, even believed that there was a connection between the body and mind. But I hadn’t truly experienced it first hand, until now. ❤️ So while putting myself on the list was a hard step to take, keeping myself there is necessary. I’ve asked before, are you on your list? And if not, what’s stopping you?

The incline bench press is a variation of the bench press and an exercise used to build the muscles of the chest. The shoulders and triceps will be indirectly involved as well. Skipped Monday weigh in because I had such a bad weekend. But then I realized I was only cheating myself by skipping so Tuesday weigh in it is. Two good things about this week 1. I still managed to lose .4 2.
