I am become lift, destroyer of weights. SBD day up to openers on each (did each twice rather than once cuz I’m #addicted to volume). Everything flew. Only hiccup was what was supposed to be second attempt on deadlift. This also flew, but I misloaded the bar and it was 507 instead of 517. Still. I've been prepping for about a month to start cutting. Been tracking macros to get in the habit and I think I'm finally ready to take the hit. It's going to be pretty difficult with all the good free food, but I've been able to cut before using only chick-fil-a Lol
As for training, day 4 is really challenging. Volume everywhere. I worked on the bar tilt and may have over compensated on squat.
I haven't done this much deadlift volume in a while and the hips are fried. I'm sure I'll get used to it by next week.
