So last week competition I tried the 115lb clean and jerk and failed 😰😢
So now I’m chasing it!
I didn’t get it today either but I know they are the movements I need to improve technique A LOT so I can lift heavier.
There are many points to correct in these videos. I got the 110lb but failed on 115lb, coach David helped me with some guidance, then I went down on weights and practice more.
115 lb is my body weight, it is like lifting a Maribel overhead 😬💪🏾🤞🏻😆 so I will be chasing it and will share here when I get it!
