𝘐 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺!! I started this blog earlier this year knowing I was going to have a breakthrough, and 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵. 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 to wear a belt today is a result of this long awaited breakthrough. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘑𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘴!
I have been trying to lose weight for years and feel 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦 for the rest of my life. I haven’t counted calories, macros or even measured my food for over a month. No food group is off limits and I have placed zero restrictions on myself from anything that I enjoy.
Instead, I have learned to eat a well balanced diet and began to really listen to what and when my body needed 𝐟𝐮𝐞𝐥. Since 𝘈𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝟷𝟷𝘵𝘩 I am down 𝟗 𝐥𝐛𝐬 with about 20 more to go.
Be sure to 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 along as I will be articulating more about what “𝘪𝘵” was that helped me get to this long awaited 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 point.
For today I will give you the bullet points that have helped me and will explore each area within future posts.
1. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to My Goals

4. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲.
5. 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 about health & nutrition.
6. 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩
