Not a fan of Ramens but I ❤️ the noodles so I ditched the nasty spice packet and made my own stir fry sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and brown sugar along with a bag of frozen green beans. Nuggets de Tofu Assados . Ingredientes: . 1 pedaço de tofu de 300g – de preferência orgânico, 1/2 xícara de farinha de linhaça dourada ou marrom – ou sementes de linhaça batidas no liquidificador, 2 colheres de sopa de gergelim, 1 xícara de água, 1/3 xícara de shoyu, Suco de 1/2 limão, 1 colher de chá de gengibre em pó (ou fresco ralado), Ervas finas a gosto. Prefiro as desidratadas, mas podem ser frescas. . Modo de Preparo: . Corte o pedaço de tofu em fatias de cerca de 1cm e depois corte as fatias ao meio, formando retângulos. Em um recipiente, misture shoyu, água, suco de limão, gengibre e ervas finas. Acomode as fatias de tofu de forma que todas as fatias estejam em contato com o molho. Deixe marinando na geladeira por algumas horas (no mínimo cerca de 3h, mas o ideal é que seja a noite toda). Quase todo o líquido será absorvido. Espalhe a farinha de linhaça e o gergelim em um recipiente e adicione mais ervas finas, misturando. Empane os pedaços de tofu cobrindo toda sua superfície. Leve ao forno médio por cerca de 10-15 minutos, até que estejam crocantes embaixo. Vire o lado e deixe mais 10 minutos no forno. Sirva com um molho de sua preferência.
